Return:

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange or refund.
• After 14 days, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept exchanges or returns.

Exchange:

• Once we receive the returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide you with store credit or send a replacement item, subject to availability.

Return:

Transportation:

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure it arrives safely. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Exceptions:
